Statistical Analysis

Deeper CGM analytics — GRI, AGP, episodes and variability.

Glycemia Risk Index ?A single 0–100 score (lower is better) that blends low- and high-glucose risk using weights from clinician rankings (Klonoff 2023). GRI = 3·(VeryLow + 0.8·Low) + 1.6·(VeryHigh + 0.5·High), capped at 100. Zones run A (best) to E.

Core Metrics

Ambulatory Glucose Profile ?Every day in the period overlaid onto one 24-hour day. The white line is the median; the inner band is the middle 50% (25–75th percentile) and the outer band the middle 90% (5–95th). A tight band near the target range is the goal.

Median 25–75% 5–95% Target range

Time-of-Day Patterns ?Average glucose and time-in-range for each quarter of the day, in your local time — surfaces overnight lows or a dawn rise and post-meal highs.

Episodes ?Hypo/hyper events lasting ≥15 minutes, ending once glucose is back in range for ≥15 minutes (2019 consensus). Counts, the nocturnal share (00:00–06:00), and your most recent events.

Advanced Variability ?Deeper variability indices for power users — see each tile's own (?) for what it measures.

Data coverage

Every day that has readings — confirm your history imported, and spot the gaps.

CGM connections

Pull readings automatically from your CGM cloud. Credentials are encrypted at rest and synced every minute.

    Devices & tokens

Create a token for an uploader (xDrip+, Loop, AndroidAPS, Trio) or a follower app. Shown once — copy it now. Tokens travel in headers only.

      Display & targets

Your target range shades the in-range band on the glucose chart and labels in-range time.

      Import history

Import a LibreView or Dexcom Clarity CSV export — the format is detected automatically. In LibreView: account menu → Download glucose data. In Dexcom Clarity: ExportExport data (CSV). Readings are added to your history and de-duplicated, so re-importing the same file is safe. Timestamps are read in your device's current timezone.
